Responsibilities The Sr. Implementation Manager is a leader within the DMS Implementation organization responsible for managing all facets of a technical implementation to include Customer Relationship Management, Project Management, Technical Design, Operational Performance and Financial Performance. The Sr. Implementation Manager is a customer facing role that also works closely within a matrixed organization comprised of sales, field operations, account management and DMS Management to coordinate and execute the successful implementation of larger and more complex DMS solutions. This individual will also be responsible for leading the development / enhancement of custom solutions with a technical team comprised of both onshore and offshore resources. As a front line leader with internal and external customers you will present the overall strategies of the DMS organization. Within Iron Mountain you will provide direction and guidance on the overall process and procedures to maximize operations and overall profitability of the operation. Outside of Iron Mountain you must be professional and well-informed at all times which gives customers confidence and assurance with Iron Mountain to drive more business. Key Responsibilities: Managing Customer and Internal Resources through established DMS implementation methodology and standards. Delivering successful DMS solutions for larger and more complex projects. Serves as a liaison with districts/division to ensure that proper resources are available along with troubleshooting operational issues that may arise Your role will focus primarily in North America but you may get called to help in the alignment of DMS globally. Key interaction required in the following areas:- Local operations on training of procedures and workflow- Sales for overall capabilities and pricing- Senior management for overall progress of the market or territory Qualifications Qualifications: BS/BA or equivalent work experiencerequired. Requires 5 plus years of DMS operation related experience and 5 plus years of proven project management experience in a matrix environment with an imaging concentration. As a senior member of the Implementation team you are required to provide leadership within the Iron Mountain organization and externally with our customers while supporting and promoting Iron Mountain core values. As a project lead you must navigate both internally and externally within the customer's organization to access resources and build consensus regarding strategy and direction of the implementation, manage resources required for completion of the project Extensive imaging/outsourcing related Project/Program management experience. Ability to evaluate, design and deliver imaging solutions. Proven internal/external written and verbal communication, interpersonal and analytical skills. Ability to lead projects with a team of resources. Ability to multi-task and prioritize issues in a complex environment. Excellent customer service and organizational skills, must be detail-oriented. Technical understanding of industry specific platforms and protocols. Proficient with Microsoft office software with the aptitude to become proficient with other DMS product. As a leader you will be the IM contact for the all phases to the customer during implementations and a subject matter expert to branch facilities. You will be required to analyze and resolve challenges, escalating to the Director, DMS Imaging Operations when required. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
