Analyst, Learning Management System Administrator

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an Analyst, Learning Management System Administrator with experience in customer service, project management, and managing LMS data to assist in our Clinical Standards and Leadership office (CSL), located in Pennsauken, NJ. In this role, you will be assisting our clinical support staff in overseeing a LMS and project management responsibilities. The LMS, called BAYADA Education Connection, plays a critical role in the continuing education of our field staff. With a current user base of approximately 5000+ end-users, it houses both mandatory and voluntary courses for all BAYADA nurses, aides and therapists across the country and education for external customers as well. In this role, you will be providing daily customer service assistance via verbal, written and virtual communication. You will support users, act as the liaison between end users and our vendor, run reports, export metrics into excel (i.e. course enrollment numbers), as well as help design and develop new coursework.
Prior experience with Captivate and/or Articulate is required. Working with a team of clinicians, you will function as the Subject Matter Expert on all matters relating to the Learning Management System and reporting. This is an amazing opportunity to leverage your talents and shine!
Responsibilities
Manage BAYADA Education Connection (BEC), the LMS for 5,000+ BAYADA clinicians
Assist with the organization, design and implementation of all aspects of the continuing education program
Work closely with vendor on regular basis; act as liaison between vendor and end users
Manage projects on an ongoing basis, within budget and established time-frames
Manage and resolve customer support issues via emails, webinars and telephone communication
Independently prepare reports, analyze data and metrics and presentations
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree required.
Two (2) years relevant work experience.
Prior instructional design experience required.
Hands-on experience with Captivate and/or Articulate required.
Prior experience working with a Learning Management System.
Effective project management skills.
Strong computer skills and knowledge of Internet and e-learning technologies.
Experience preparing metrics, reports and analysis for management.
Proficiency in Excel.
Soft skills - Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to build relationships; customer service; act as liaison between internal customers and LMS vendor; professional demeanor; comfort level interacting with all levels within the organization

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
