Roger Wilco is looking for Sales Floor/Customer Service Associates to cover various shifts in our Pennsauken location.
These positions are part time and inclusive of the following shifts:
9:
45am-6pm, 9:
45am-7pm, 12pm-8pm & 10:
30am-8pm.
Our Sales Floor/Customer Service Associates are responsible for providing aid and assistance to all customers who enter the store.
When not helping a customer, the associate ensures his/her assigned department is clean and the shelves are stocked.
Essential Functions Provides a high level of prompt and friendly customer service Makes product recommendations and suggestions to aid customers with purchases Fills the shelves from product stacks Rotates and faces product according to department procedure Cleans and dusts department when not assisting customers Has knowledge of weekly ad items; gives customers direction of product location throughout the store, and escorts them to the merchandise and throughout the store if needed Maintains excellent communication with store management team and front end at all times General housekeeping in the department Helps with inventory counts when necessary Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Excellent customer service skills, and a positive attitude are essential to interact with customers and employees Working knowledge of wine preferred Strong communication skills; outgoing and friendly demeanor Reliable and dependable; ability to follow direction Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates Ability to provide and receive constructive feedback Ability to perform repetitious activities Ability to multi-task, prioritize and stay organized Ability to stay calm in a stressful situation Physical Requirements The physical demands and work environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by a team member to successfully perform the essential functions of this position, or that a team member encounters while performing the essential functions of this position.
