Minimum of 5 years experience in Metal Fabricating processes.
Broad knowledge of Shear; CNC Punch Press; CNC Press Brakes; Welding (MIG/TIG) as well as wet spray and powder coating systems, including pre-paint cleaning.
Directly supervise all shift employees on daily activities in accordance with schedule requirements.
Train and motivate workers to achieve set goals.
Interpret company policies including Work Rules, Quality and Safety.
Work with Interrelated departments to resolve design problems discovered in production.
Recommend production and process improvements.
Conduct interviews and be fully involved in the hiring process.
Other duties as assigned.
