Responsibilities:
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand - Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas - Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in a clean and orderly manner - Stock supplies such as food or utensils in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, or salad bars - Sweep or mop floor - Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas - Clean food preparation areas, facilities, or equipment Skills:
- Knowledge of food handling and safety procedures - Experience working in a hotel or restaurant environment - Familiarity with bussing and banquet operations - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and cleanliness - Ability to work well as part of a team Note:
