We are in search of a Part-Time Receptionist to manage the front desk from 5 a.
m.
- 9 a.
m.
and every other Weekend.
Your Duties and Responsibilities are as follows:
Greet visitors as they enter and exit the facility Answer multi-line telephone system and take detailed messages Monitor all visitors, doctor consultants, employees, and vendors coming in and out of the facility Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
