Roger Wilco is looking for a Full-time Warehouse Associate in our Pennsauken location.
The schedule for this position is:
Monday through Friday, 7am - 3:
30pm.
The Warehouse Associate provides support to the wine, beer, and liquor departments.
This person is responsible for unloading deliveries after they are accepted in the store.
Additionally, this person will put product in the correct place on the sales floor by either unpacking and placing product on the shelves, or contributing to stackings on the floor.
Essential Functions Assists with receiving, unloading, stocking, filling and rotating merchandise Stocks, rotates, merchandises and faces product according to department procedure Maintains back-stock areas according to department standards Assists in building displays; keeps shelves fully stocked and tidy Assists with training other staff as needed Maintains excellent communication with store management team at all times General housekeeping in the department and in back room Knowledge, Skills and Abilities High school diploma or equivalent; at least six months to one year related experience and/or training; or acceptable combination of education and experience Must have some basic Liquor / Wine knowledge Must have a positive attitude - essential to interact with customers and employees Must have attention to detail Must have motivation to get things done without being asked Reliable and dependable Strong communication skills Ability to follow detailed direction Ability to provide and receive constructive feedback Ability to perform repetitive activities Ability to multitask, prioritize and stay organized Physical Requirements The physical demands and work environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by a team member to successfully perform the essential functions of this position, or that a team member encounters while performing the essential functions of this position.
