Applicant must be motivated, a team player with a positive attitude, personable, excellent patient care skills, good at multitasking, responsible, reliable, organized and able to stay focused in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to scheduling and confirming patient appointments, greeting patients, verifying and update patient information and insurance, checking patients in and out, collecting patient payments, explaining insurance to patients, answer and manage incoming calls and emails and various other administrative tasks.
