Summary:
This position will be responsible for maintaining all areas of assigned buildings base on the daily need.
These areas include offices, conference rooms, corridors, lobbies, and other public areas such as break rooms and restrooms.
Summary of Essential Position Functions:
Empty Trash Dusting all furniture, including desks, chairs, and tables Detail dust all hallways and common areas per the daily detail dusting schedule.
Cleaning all glass and mirrors at all entryways and the main entrance.
Clean and sanitize restrooms.
Vacuuming and mopping floors Weekly detailed office cleaning.
Must have a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation Clean stairwells and hallways.
Arrive at work location at the scheduled time Work within allotted hours and overtime if mandated by ServiceMaster Commercial Cleaning by Alliance Manager Complete any special request made by the client or manager and log communication in the company log.
Comply with all company policies and procedures.

Education/Credentials:
High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
Experience in a service environment is preferred, but not required.
Experience/Skills/Knowledge:
One (1) to Two (2) years previous janitorial experience preferred Must have excellent written and oral communication skills Must be able to multi-task and work independently and as a member of a team Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Must have a positive attitude and a strong work ethic Work demands & Requirement Physical demands include walking and standing, climbing, bending, kneeling to clean floors by hand, pushing and pulling objects, lifting and moving objects (including 20lbs vacuum), repetitive bending and lifting, and repetitive arm movements.
Traveling to and from other locations Uniform shirts are provided and must be worn during work hours.
No jeans, shorts, dresses or open-toe sandals.
Must wear your ServiceMaster Commercial Cleaning by Alliance badge at all times.
Must be willing to consent to background and drug screening, if necessary.
As the term of employment, employees are required to work additional hours when requested and the employer reserves the right to change work hours and work locations.
