Key
Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Enrollment:
Recruit and enroll students into various educational programs, specializing in our primary program - Medical Assisting.
Become an expert in the program and guide candidates in understanding if it's the right fit for them.
Communication Expertise:
Engage with potential candidates through outbound phone calls, texts, and emails, ensuring clear and informative communication throughout the enrollment process.
Campus Tours:
Conduct personalized tours for candidates, providing insights into our facilities and educational environment.
Collaborative Initiatives:
Work closely with education administration to develop and implement effective programs and initiatives that enhance the student experience.
Resource Development:
Contribute to the creation of educational materials and resources to support recruitment efforts.
Reception Area Management:
Maintain a welcoming reception area for both current students and potential candidates, creating a positive first impression.
Answer incoming phone calls.
Event Participation:
Represent our institution at job and education fairs, actively promoting our organization and its diverse programs.
Record Keeping:
Utilize software and spreadsheets to maintain organized records and perform administrative tasks to support student records.
Requirements:
High School Diploma required; some college preferred.
Sales experience is a must.
Strong technical skills (i.
e.
spreadsheets, texting, email, database, reports) Preferred Qualifications (Not Required):
Experience as a Medical Assistant.
Previous experience in recruiting and working with students in an educational setting.
Knowledge of education principles and practices.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
