We are recruiting for a full time Bilingual Intake Coordinator to join our skilled team in Pennsauken, NJ.
This position is 40 hours per week, and is eligible for our full benefits package! About Us:

Acts as liaison between Outpatient Rehab/Referral Sources/Patient's Family/Insurance Company to coordinate care and reimbursement.
Collects all necessary medical and insurance information.
Performs various tasks associated with Outpatient registration, verifying benefits, providing benefit explanations to clients, securing medical history from referring MD, processing patients upon admission and discharge.
Accountable for the tracking and preparation of weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly statistical data and periodic reports for the Outpatient Program when required.
Interacts with families of patients from infants, school age and/or adolescents up to and including age 20.
Responsible for attending the Business Office Meetings on a monthly basis.
Handle various clerical functions as assigned by the Patient Relations Manager and Department Director or his/her representative.
Thorough knowledge of facility policies and procedures as it relates to the above duties is required.
The ideal candidate will have the following
Qualifications:
