Our new building will be equip with a state of the art surgery suite along with the addition of feline and canine friendly wings.
We are looking for an urgent care veterinary technician who is eager to learn and who will utilize their current experience to help enhance our patient care.
The ideal candidate should have at least two years' experience in veterinary care (preferably in emergency nursing) and be proficient with animal restraint, obtaining lab samples, administering vaccines, obtaining medical/vaccine history for pets, recovering patients from surgery / sedated procedures, and proper sanitizing and cleanliness.
You would have off on all major holidays as our hospital is closed.
You would be encouraged to learn and grow your skills and can take advantage of a generous CE allowance to attend conferences and online programs along with our structured training protocols.

We are also conveniently located mins from Philadelphia and are about an hour away from New Jersey shore towns! Our services include wellness, urgent care, sick visits, dentistry, and surgery.
We offer digital radiographs, digital dental radiographs, ultrasound, an in-house laboratory, and a fully stocked pharmacy.
We work hard to maintain relationships with existing clients as well as focusing on community outreach and reaching new clients.
We pride ourselves on client education by ensuring that we answer any questions that clients may have during, and after, their visits with us.
We work very closely with several local rescues, animal assistance organizations and our local animal control.
Job Functions:
Assist doctors with examinations and treatments Client Education Obtain and Process lab samples Uphold biosecurity standards through proper sterilization and cleaning techniques Administering vaccinations and other injectable and oral medications Assist in dose calculation Electronic medical record entry Exhibit communication skills with coworkers and clients Requirements:

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
