Employees must be flexible in scheduling working hours and available on weekends when needed, generally working 3 pm to 11:
30 pm Monday through Friday.
Ensure all shifts are covered for assigned sites daily and direct janitorial staff each evening.
Recruit, hire, onboard, mentor, and evaluate all custodian direct reports Coordinating with Human Resources to ensure all employee issues are addressed Ensure all supplies and equipment are on-site and serviceable Promotes housekeeping quality initiatives by conducting inspections, reviewing stakeholder feedback, enforcing quality and customer service standards, and analyzing and resolving quality and customer service issues.
Budget control daily hours, labor percentage, OT costs, supplies, janitors closet kept clean, etc.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
Education/Credentials:
Bachelor Degree preferred High School Diploma or GED required Job Type:
