We are seeking Safety Representative for various jobs in the tri-state area.
Job
Responsibilities:
Lead the development and implementation of strategies, training, and goals focused on the prevention of incidents Monitor effectiveness of performance improvement efforts, with emphasis on both leading and trailing indicators.
Lead and oversee all aspects of development, implementation, and management of the LHASP and safety of the workplace Write and implement JHAs for operations occurring at the workplace Safety inspections throughout the workday Ensure compliance with all safety-related regulatory requirements, Federal, State, and Local regulations, OSHA standards, and Environmental Protection Agency requirements.
Providing weekly training reports.
Other duties as assigned.
Education and
Qualifications:
OSHA 30 SSPC AAMP C3 - Lead Supervisor / Competent Person for Lead Superstructures Must have 3
years construction experience Valid Driver's License and ability to drive to various projects sites in own vehicle Ability to stand, climb and walk continuously during an 8+-hour period.
Ability to climb elevated ladders +/-200' elevation Ability to perform strenuous work in a varying climate (heat and cold, etc.
).
Must be able to effectively use technology in the office and field.
Must have good computer skills and be able to learn related software.
Must have excellent communication skills Job Type:
